Hotels
PGConf.dev has negotiated discounted rates with several hotels in Montreal.
We recommend that you book your accommodations early, whether or not you’re
staying at one of the hotels below, as there are many activities around
Montreal at this time of the year.
Alt Hotel Montreal
The Alt Hotel is located at 120, rue Peel, approximately a 15 minute walk
from the conference venue. Rooms are available starting at $239 CAD a night.

Le St Sulpice
Le Saint Sulpice is a boutique hotel located in the old city. The hotel is
at 414, rou Saint-Sulpice, approximately a 15 minute walk from the

Travel
Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is the nearest
airport to the conference. It has
direct flights
to 151 destinations in 46 countries.
Public Transit from YUL
The
747 Bus route runs from YUL to downtown Montreal. Take the 747-1(Downtown) bus route
picks up near door 28 at YUL and will take you to the Union Metro station. It is a short walk to the venue
Union station. The bus fare is $11 you should by a ticket from a vending machine or at the STM
counter, both near door 28, prior to boarding the bus
Taxis from YUL
You can get a taxi at YUL
near door 23. The fare to downtown is fixed at $49.95 between 5am-11pm and $56.70 from 11pm-5am.
Rideshare from YUL
Rideshares from Uber are available from the airport. You can find a pickup location map
on the Uber site. Lyft does not operate in Montreal.
The conference is located two blocks from
Montreal Central Station,
with service to both
VIA Rail and
Amtrak.
We don't recommend that you drive to the venue(Metro or walking are good choices), Montreal traffic can be unpleasant.
The parking is located at 800 RUE GAUVIN – CORNER OF RUE SAINT JACQUES.
To access the underground parking, drive east on Saint Antoine from Robert Bourassa, then make a right on Gauvin (street right
behind the EVO building). Before rue St Jacques there is a ramp to go down to the parking on the right, when the garage door
opens keep to your LEFT and follow the signs to EVO – PLAZA CENTRE-VILLE.

Visa Information
